Covid-19 Appointment Protocols

Our office is working hard to protect our patients during this difficult time. Your safety is our top priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure that you have the best possible experience at our office. To ensure the health of our patients, we have devised a new protocol system for your appointment. In addition, the health of all staff members is monitored daily and each member has been trained in implementing these changes. We are deeply committed to the protection of all our patients and staff and will continue to do everything in our ability to keep our office healthy and safe.

Please read the following information carefully of what to expect for your next appointment:

  1. Only scheduled patients will be able to be treated at this time. When you make your appointment, you will be asked a series of questions to your current state of health as it relates to the Covid-19 virus. This same set of questions will be asked again when your appointment is confirmed.
  2. Upon arrival for your appointment, please stay in your car. Call the office to let us know you have arrived, and we will inform you when it is ok to come inside. We ask you to please wear a mask upon entering the office.
  3. As you enter the office, proceed to the waiting room. You will then be greeted by a member of our staff who will ask you a series of questions and then take your temperature. You will be asked to review and sign a treatment consent form. This form can be found on our website and can be filled out at home and brought to the appointment.
  4. You will then be escorted to the operatory where you will be asked to wash your hands and rinse out.
  5. Once your procedure is concluded, please reapply your mask before exiting the treatment room. Proceed to the front desk to check out and schedule your next appointment. When exiting, please do not return to the waiting room and leave through the door directly under the “exit” sign.
